It is used for the purpose of increasing the number of dust particles in the measurement environment, when measuring the mask leakage ratio via a Roken type mask fitting tester. NaCl particles are dispersed in the measurement environment by dissolving a salt tablet in distilled water, and atomizing it using a particle generator. | |
