We sincerely hope for the swift recovery and reconstruction of the affected communities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">\u25a0 Support Details<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Repairs required as a direct result of the earthquake will be provided free of charge, including calibration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Please note:<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This support is available only to customers using SIBATA products within Kumamoto Prefecture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If, after inspection, a product is determined to be beyond repair, we will offer a replacement product at a special discounted price.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Repairs determined not to be directly related to earthquake damage will be handled under our standard repair service and charged accordingly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">\u25a0 Eligible Products<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This support applies to standard products listed in our General Catalog with published prices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Custom-made products (including customized products and products not listed in the catalog) are not eligible for this support.
