| New Year’s Greetings for 2026 We sincerely hope that the year ahead will be a wonderful one for you all, filled with the brilliance of warm, radiant sunshine. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued and exceptional support. Thanks to the support of so many of you, we were able to conclude the December fiscal year—marking the first year of our medium-term three-year management plan—with both sales and operating profit achieved as planned. We extend our sincere appreciation once again. In addition, we were honored with awards and the acquisition of multiple certifications, and as part of our cultural and social contribution initiatives, we entered into sponsorship agreements with companies and local governments. As a result, the past year was also one in which we were able to further expand our connections with society. |

| Furthermore, with hopes for the continued advancement of science and technology in Japan, we made donations to higher education institutions such as Tokyo University of Science—embarking on a new chapter through integration—as well as Waseda University and Keio University. Science and technology form the foundation supporting the development of the Japanese economy, and we will continue striving to contribute to their advancement. In 2026, our company celebrates its 105th anniversary. We would like to once again express our deep gratitude for the support and relationships we have been fortunate to receive over the years, and we will continue to devote ourselves to further growth and improvement.
