A2. We introduced the AW-1 to manage product shelf life and expiration dates, as well as to ensure quality control throughout our manufacturing process.

A3. We measure dried sweet potatoes.

A4. We had been using a water activity meter from another manufacturer, but the measurement values were not stable, which made it difficult to obtain reliable results.

Although each measurement takes some time, the AW-1 provides much more accurate and reliable measurement results than the instrument we used previously.
