Disaster Relief Support Following the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake

In light of the damage caused by this disaster, SIBATA SCIENTIFIC TECHNOLOGY LTD. has decided to provide the following support. We sincerely hope for the swift recovery and reconstruction of the affected communities.
■ Support Details Repairs required as a direct result of the earthquake will be provided free of charge, including calibration.
Please note: If, after inspection, a product is determined to be beyond repair, we will offer a replacement product at a special discounted price. Repairs determined not to be directly related to earthquake damage will be handled under our standard repair service and charged accordingly.
■ Eligible Products This support applies to standard products listed in our General Catalog with published prices. Custom-made products (including customized products and products not listed in the catalog) are not eligible for this support. We appreciate your understanding.
■ Support Period Applications will be accepted from August 3, 2026 (Monday) through December 28, 2026 (Monday).
■ Shipping Delays and Product Availability Due to road closures, traffic restrictions, and other disruptions caused by the earthquake, deliveries to Kumamoto Prefecture and certain areas of the Kyushu region may be delayed. Depending on local conditions, shipments to some destinations may not be possible. If you are planning to send products to the affected areas, we kindly ask for your understanding and recommend contacting us in advance to confirm the latest shipping status.
