Fit Tester MT-11D
A measuring instrument for conducting quantitative fit testing of dust masks and similar equipment.
Complies with the "standard" and "short" quantitative fit testing of JIS T8150:2021.
Compatible with disposable dust masks such as DS2, with a 95-mode feature.
■Feature
/A mask fitting tester that uses the Condensation Nuclei Counter (CNC) method.
/The aluminum housing makes it sturdy and durable.
/It can count the number of dust particles both outside and inside the mask, allowing you to calculate the dust penetration rate (leakage rate in percentage) or the fit factor based on the results.
/Measurement can be performed following the test guide (non-destructive testing of the mask), as well as using the tube joint set for measurements that require mask penetration.
/It can communicate with a PC using a USB cable.
/With the included mirror, you can check the fit of the mask at any time.
It is available for use by all customers in various settings, including medical facilities and industrial workplaces, where dust masks, including N95 masks, are used.

■The measurement mode.
/Daily check... a function for verifying the operation of the equipment before conducting a fit test.
/Fit test... a quantitative fit test following standards such as JIS, ISO, OSHA, etc. for selecting a mask that fits the individual.
*For first-time users, we recommend the standard method, which allows for a more detailed evaluation, rather than the short method.
■In comparison to the MT-05U (light scattering method)
/It allows for short quantitative fit testing.
/Even with just the main unit for measurements, you can register subject and mask information.
High-purity alcohol (IPA) is required, which is not needed for the MT-05U.
