Fit Tester MT-05U
The MT-05U is a portable instrument for quantitatively testing respirator fitting, ensuring airtightness between the mask edges and the wearer’s face. The MT-05U complies with JIS T 8150:2021 and allows testing of tight-fitting respirators, including disposable particulate respirators (e.g., N95, DS2) and half-face/full-face reusable respirators. It assesses fit factors and leakage rates by measuring particle counts both inside and outside the donned respirators.
