Fit Tester MT-11D
MT-11D is an instrument equipped with a Condensation Nucleus Counter (CNC) for quantitatively testing respirator fitting. The MT-11D complies with JIS, US OSHA, and ISO standards, allowing testing of tight-fitting respirators like disposable particulate respirators (e.g., N95, DS2) and half-face/full-face reusable respirators.
Selecting properly fitting respirators and checking daily donning protects industrial laborers and medical workers from dust exposure and airborne infections.

● Daily Check: Inspects and verifies the operation of the equipment before conducting tests
● Fit Test: Quantitative fit testing following standards including JIS, ISO, and OSHA for the purpose of selecting a respirator that fits an individual
*Standard and modified fast-protocols: With first-time users, using the standard method that conducts a full and detailed evaluation is recommended.
● Fit Check: Uses Test Guides that allows non-destrcutive respirator fit test before entering a potentially high hazard areas
● Training: Suited to practice respirator donning

●Equipped with Condensation Nucleus Counter(CNC=CPC) and uses Isopropyl Alcohol or ethanol for the particle measurement
●The test subject and the respirator information can be registered on a USB memory stick for standalone use with MT-11D.
