Film Evaporator Thin film type concentrated device FE -80

This device (FE-80 type) is a thin film evaporation and concentration device due to rotating feathers. By heating a thin film forced under a rotating feather in the concentrated device under reduced pressure, it is possible to treat substances that are unstable to heat and high viscosity in a short time. The feathers whose tip material is ptfe rotate, and one end is pressed against the inner wall of the concentrate and selected. When the raw material liquid is supplied from the top, the liquid becomes a turbulent film due to the rotation range of the feather and heated on the inner wall. The generated steam rises the inside of the vessel, condensed and recovered with a cooler, while the concentrated solution flows into the concentrated liquid reception.

● The material is glass, PTFE, stainless steel, so it has excellent corrosion resistance.

● You can process high viscosity samples.
