Exhalation Valve Tester EXV-02
The Exhalation Valve Tester is designed to test the airtightness of exhaust valves used in particulate respirators according to JIS T 8151 standards. The tester first draws air through a sample valve at a flow rate of 1 L/min and checks the degree of depressurization inside the valve caused by its airtight closure. It then measures the time required for the internal pressure to return to atmospheric pressure. This device aims to determine and evaluate the time it takes for the pressure to change by a certain amount, depending on the airtightness between the valve and the valve seat.
The basic configuration includes a pump to create a depressurized state, a flowmeter to control the suction flow rate, and a pressure gauge to display pressure changes. A programmable logic controller is used in this tester to display test conditions and measurements on the touch screen.
●Easily tests the operational airtightness of exhaust valves.
●Equipped with a mass flow meter and a differential pressure sensor.
●Simple setup with a touchscreen interface.
