Real Time Mask Fitting Tester MT-R1

The model MT-R1 continuously measures air pressure inside a donned particulate respirator facepiece including a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR). It evaluates the tightness of the face mask seal in real-time, and as the measurement results are indicated in clear graphs, a user can check respirator fitting while donning it.

Features
●Indicates both leakage rate and pressure inside a respirator facepiece.
●Real-time test results shown both in numbers and graphs.
●Average leakage rate indicated after monitoring for a set period of time.
●The counting diameter of particles can be selected from 0.3 μm or 0.5 μm.

Applications
●Protecting workers from dust exposure at industrial sites such as metal welding, tunnels, nuclear facilities, asbestos handling sites, and nanomaterial factories: fit checking when donning a respirator,
fit test training and education
●For the performance evaluation of powered air-purifying respirators (PAPR)
●Fit factor testing
