Filter Performance Test Machine MTS-R1
The model MTS-R1 is designed to measure filtration efficiency and air flow resistance of respirator filter media and to determine whether the respirator filter needs to be replaced or not. MTS-R1 is also useful in quick in-line production filter testing.
This model simply uses ambient air particles for the measurement so there is few preparation and instrument space needed for the test to determine pass or fail. The particle filtration efficiency is calculated from the particle counts measured in the upstream and the downstream using light scattering measurement principle. In addition, installed differential pressure sensor simultaneously measures air flow resistance of the filter.
