| Note | This is a compact and lightweight water activity measuring device, ideal for portability. By placing a sample into the sample container with a sensor and connecting it to the main unit, measurement starts. It uses detachable sensor-equipped sample containers, available in two types: capacitive, which provides precise measurements over a wide range, and electrical resistance, which has high alcohol resistance. You can choose based on the type of sample and application. If the sensor deteriorates, it can be replaced. Please use it in combination with one of the two optional sensor-equipped sample containers available separately.
